        Great location, loved the breakfast and enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. Staff were lovely ...... but the room was far too small ( don’t bring 2 suitcases) and the position of our room looked onto an internal sitting area . Very noisy and lights shone all night into room.

        Staff welcoming and accomodating. Room clean and comfortable with good facilities, nice tea/coffee and water. Staff showed an interest in us as guests. Overall a wonderful experience at the President.

        I stay the new block. Therefore, everything was new and clean. Location, About 100m away got a Hop On Hop Off bus stop. Breakfast was good. A specific mobile phone in the room was great. It could be bring out for assistance on map, local call and etc. Comment, the Air conditioning was not so user friendly as need to call to the reception to adjust the temperature required in the room. By the way, could recommend to stay here to my friends.

        Underwhelmed”
        When I first arrived the internet was out. After 3 calls to reception to find out what was going on I finally just went to the reception. They said the internet was out to the whole 3rd floor, and that I should just sit in the lobby if I want to use the internet. (why am I paying 140 euros for a suit to sit in the lobby) After an hour the problem was finally fixed. The room set up was cramped. There were lots of marking and stains on the wall. Our coffee maker only worked half the time and to get to breakfast you have to run a maze of hallways and stair if you are in the new section. I was looking forward to a drink on the terrace bar... nope it was closed the whole time. I expected a bit better for my money. The pool looked nice but we never got the change to use it

        Great central location, but the room was odd. An interior courtyard room that basically has no window unless you want all passing guests to see in (and no view outside in any event). Staff was friendly, breakfast a decent spread but in a low-ceiling basement room that was not very pleasant.

        Location, price and large bedroom
        This is an older style hotel, but one which has had a good reputation for years. It is centrally located and within walking distance of a number of pedestrian malls, squares, shopping centres and restaurants. It is excellent value for money.

        Good location
        Very nice hotel in the middle of the town. Good location, very helpfull and great people in reception. Very good service.Hotel will book everything you need, cruises, restaurant, spa, limousine, etc. Good food and great breakfast. Reasonable price. Rooms small but clean. Gym and spa small and too expensive. Near Basilica. Only 5 minutes walk to Vaci Utca.

        Located at the center of the city and near Metro
        The hotel is very nice and clean. It' s locate in the center of the city and very metro. we walked to Parliament just 10 minutes and 5 minutes to the cathedral. The breakfast is good and the restaurant at to roof is very well with the beautiful scenery. we are very impressed.

        Excellent amenities
        This was the best stay of my Baltic holiday. A very reasonably priced 4 star Hotel, very well presented, good sized rooms, excellent amenities and a very central location to everything, 3 mins walk from St Stephens Basillica. You will be very well looked after including the complimentary drink on the roof top piazza with spectacular views, especially at night. This hotel also has a very good fitness centre and pool which includes a sauna and jucuzzi. Also a very good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

        all was fine except for the fact that even as a hotel guest you have to pay 11 euros per person per entry to use the swimming pool!!! together with my husband i wanted to use it one day just for an hour but they still wanted 11 euros from each and one of us! in the end we did not go. 4* hotel with the pool where they charge their guests for using it - never happened to me before. regarding parking - there is one (does not belong to the hotel but they can still make a reservation) just about 100m away from the hotel - cost eur 17/ day. breakfasts are very good.

        A weekend trip well spent”
        It's a big hotel and hard to miss with a prime location near to the metro and bus station. We explored Budapest during our daytime and mostly stayed in the hotel for sleeping at night. The rooms have air conditioning units which help in the scorching heat. The morning breakfast menu stood out. Also, we used the swimming pool and Sauna bath in the basement in the morning to freshen up. There's the minute problem of water clogging in the wash basin reported during checkout.

        Definitely does not worth the money”
        Good Location is the only good thing we can say about this Hotel. -We reserved a double room and got a standard room (Different on the site) , could not get help from the receptionist about it. Had to call Agoda in order to get the room we reserved. -Elevetor did not work for 2 days because it was raining. -The sink in the bathroom was all cracked. Expensive 4 Stars Hotel rooms and reception relations should be better.

        great hotel central location”
        A fabulous hotel centrally located and near to all attractions. Centre is walkable. Stayed in a Junior Suite for 3, very large room with sofa bed. Disappointments in room would be lack of wardrobe hanging space, nowhere to store a suitcase and very small bathroom for the size of the room. The weather was unseasonably cool, and there was no restaurant in the evening other than the roof terrace, which meant we ate outside the restaurant. However, the rooftop bar has great views with comfy seating. Very friendly and helpful staff from reception to bar staff. Would recommend this hotel for a business or shot break.

        Lovely Hotel with a Couple of Issues”
        This is a lovely hotel with a great location. The hotel has a lovely frontage with a taller extension at the rear. A really nice bar / restaurant on the ground floor with a breakfast area on the lower -1 level which is big enough to cope. The quality and range of items for breakfast is really good, with Hungarian sparkling wine to start the day with a kick. Clean and Working Spa facilities too. It does however have a couple of disappointing things to be aware of, the room you see on the images may not be what you get. I booked a double standard room which would have been perfect, however we were given a standard inside room with a window onto the outside walkway, I wouldn't want to leave the window open. The room was very warm and would not cool down. We were offered the only other option available as the hotel was full, this room was too small and had the bed pushed up against the wall. Not practical for 2 adults at all. Just make sure you get an outside room as advertised.

        My partner and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel in general is very good, massive breakfast, great swiming pool, well located. I personal did not have much of luck with my room. We were staying in the room 109 on the floor 1A, the room was massive, however the whole time a stronge sewage smell coming from the corridor, that was on point we had to leave the room because was too bad. I didn’t have even one night sleep as someone in other room or on the neighbourhood was playing very lound music every single night until 7am, I did complaint at the reception 4 times about the noise and the smell, but nothing was done, the hotel didn’t offer us to move to another room. Would I stay there again? Yes, but for sure not in the room or any room other facing the street.

        Poor facilities, zero hospitality. Breakfast spread has limited options. No slippers, no water kettle, low quality bed. The location is good, but the price is completely not worth what u get.
